Daylight Savings Time

Each November, we set our clocks back an hour as daylight saving time comes to an end. This practice, first adopted during World War I to conserve energy, shifts daylight from evening to morning, helping to make better use of natural light as the days grow shorter. The return to standard time means earlier sunsets, which can take some getting used to but also grants us an extra hour of sleep. It’s a reminder that winter is just around the corner, bringing a cozy vibe and more opportunities for evening relaxation. 🕰️
