The Community Foundation for McHenry County has named Senior Care Volunteer Network as a recipient of a $5,000 grant at the Foundation’s Grants Luncheon held August 30, 2018 at the Boulder Ridge Country Club, Lake in the Hills, Illinois. SCVN will use the grant money to make improvements to our medical equipment loan closet to those living in McHenry County needing temporary use of equipment to aid in post-operative rehabilitation in the home.
SCVN is among 26 health and human services organizations serving McHenry County that received grants totaling $318,233 from the Community Foundation in this granting cycle.
