To be eligible for our transportation services:
- You must be 60 years or older
- You must reside in McHenry County
- You must be able to get into a vehicle with minimal assistance
- You must be able to advocate for yourself

Enrollment is an easy three step process
- You give us a call at 815.455.3120 to confirm eligibility
- If eligible, our team will schedule an on-site visit to meet with you
- After an on-site visit and successful background check you can use our services
