Driving a care receiver outside of office hours (9am-3pm, Monday through Friday)? Make sure you call the VOLUNTEER HOTLINE (844) 653-7286 with any pertinent information about the ride that may affect that care receiver’s other rides. For example, if you pick up a ride and find out the care receiver has the flu and will not be going to the grocery store, please call the hotline so we can alert other volunteers that may be assigned to the care receiver’s future rides.
